Sponsors Terms Of Use For Banner Adverts
DJFYF agrees to publish on the DJForYourFunction.com website the Sponsor/s banner or agreed advert for the specified dates as agreed subject to payment and the Terms & Conditions of Use.
All Sponsor/s banners or adverts must first be agreed by DJForYourFunction as acceptable for the website, normally by e-mail and we reserve the rights, not publish the banner / advert until the Agreement is confirmed by e-mail from the Sponsor/s.
All Sponsor/s banners to be paid for at time of draft banner confirmation, no banners will be published unless payment has been received.
Payments are made through Paypal / credit cards secure server.
DJFYF reserves the rights to refuse any Sponsor/s / banner etc.
DJFYF can design the Sponsor/s graphics and reserve the rights to charge a small one off fee of £5 should the Sponsor/s want DJFYF to create the graphics for the banners, this charge will be confirmed at the time of quote and order as we like transparency and happy customers.
Any photos, graphics or images supplied must be the Sponsor/s property or copyrighted to the sponsor, it is the responsibility of the Sponsor/s to indemnify DJForYourFunction.com against any possible claims should the copyrights of any other party be infringed.
